Zachary Landress is a music director, music producer, and composer with a
professional background in sacred, classical, and commercial music. He has a passion
for creating otherworldly, musical spaces for liturgical worship and immersive
storytelling.
Zach’s original compositions have been performed across the United States. Most
recently he was selected as one of eight Composition Fellows for the 2023 and 2024
Catholic Sacred Music Project Composers’ Institutes. Here, he studied composition
under Sir James Macmillan and had an original composition, Rerum, Deus, Tenax Vigor,
recorded for an international broadcast on EWTN. He also had arrangements featured
at the 2025 SEEK Conference in Salt Lake City.
Zach currently serves as the Director of Sacred Music for the Co-Cathedral of St.
Thomas More in Tallahassee, Florida.
